Traditional Seed Protection Festival was organized under NIWCYD, Agriculture Department and District Administration Dindori. International Millet Year 2023 at Thadpathra village of Jamp Karanjia. Baiga women farmers of Baigachak villages, the tribal farmers, govt. agriculture dept. The agriculture research Institute and local NGO actively participated in the said festival. In this program NIWCYD and agriculture dept. Dindori district, MP planned to conserve and promote millets in a wider scale in the area for the livelihood of tribals and supplementary nutrition.
